What if an item is faulty or my order is incorrect ?
We love our customers and if there is an issue with your order or item you have bought from our website, please email us at hanningselina@gmail.com

If the product you received is broken, faulty, not smelling right or not what you ordered, we are happy to provide a refund, replacement or exchange, including all postage costs. Any refund given is for the original value of the returned goods at the time of purchase only.

Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the returned goods are received, and may be subject to bank processing times out of the control of Onyka. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Lost or stolen items
Onyka is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped from our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you feel your package has been lost or stolen.
