STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $7 for orders under $39 and $10 for orders over $39. FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $99 within Australia.

Once payment is received, the order will be sent the following business day.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage. Please allow up to 7 business days for Western Australia locations.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping for all orders within Australia is $15.
Once payment is received, the order will be sent the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched pending payment.

ONYKA is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email customer service.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

New Zealand Standard International Shipping is a $20 or $35 flat rate pending your total order weight. There is no free shipping on International orders. 

 

Onyka is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

The recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia.

Onyka ships to selected International destinations. International Shipping is a $25 or $40 flat rate pending your total order weight for international standard shipping. There is no free shipping on International orders.
